There are two versions of this certificate, one for the FP and the other for the Classic 75 BP. The following pages are identical between the two versions.

The FP version has these last two pages different.
Notice the printing date on the back page is Sep-1965.
The BP version has these two last pages.
Since the Spanish Treasure Fleet Classic BP has a single unadorned tassie so there is no need for the last page above concerning the special mint mark or King Philip's emblem. Instead that page is replaced with this one.
Also, the last page of the certificate is different and shows a printing date of Oct-1967:
